About Us
Built Around the People We Serve
Recovery Ridge was founded on a simple idea: mental health care should be personal, accessible, and grounded in evidence — not rushed, generic, or overwhelming. We're a team of licensed clinicians who believe treatment works best when it fits your life.
Our Mission
Real Care, Not Just a Program
Too many people fall through the cracks of a system that moves too fast. They get a diagnosis, a prescription, and a follow-up in six weeks. That's not treatment — that's triage.
At Recovery Ridge, we slow down. We listen. We build a plan with you, not for you. Whether you're stepping down from a crisis or just realized you need more support than weekly therapy can offer, we meet you where you are and stay with you as you move forward.
Our programs — PHP, IOP, and Outpatient — are structured enough to create real momentum, but flexible enough to fit around work, school, and family. We use proven methods like CBT and DBT, and we adapt them to your specific needs, not to a template.
We don't promise miracles. We promise consistency, competence, and genuine care — the things that actually make a difference.
What Sets Us Apart
How We Work
Personalized Treatment
Every plan starts with a thorough assessment. We look at your history, your current situation, and your goals — then build a program around what you actually need.
Evidence-Based Methods
We use therapeutic approaches backed by research — CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and medication management — because good intentions aren't enough. The methods matter.
Licensed Clinical Team
Our staff includes licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, and clinical coordinators who work together to keep your care consistent and responsive.
Supportive Environment
We've designed our space to feel calm and private — a place where you can focus on getting better without the sterile, institutional atmosphere of a hospital.
Continuity of Care
Treatment doesn't end when a program does. We help you step down gradually — from PHP to IOP to outpatient — so progress isn't lost between transitions.
Family Involvement
When it's appropriate, we include family members in the process. Mental health affects everyone close to you, and recovery is stronger with the right support system.
